ISihlalo sikaZulu: Kulokhu uhulumeni kuyomele akhethe amagama

ISihlalo sikaZulu singezinye ezihlonishwayo emhlabeni. Lokhu kungenxa yezinto ezahlukene phakathi kokunye wukunqoba kanjalo nokuma mpo kwaso ngaphansi kwengcindezi yemithetho yamaKoloni kanye noHulumeni wamadlagusha. “Kulenyanga kaMandulo iSILO samaBandla onke iNgonyama uMisuzulu kaZwelithini uzogubha iminyaka engama-37 ISILO uZwelithini kaBhekuzulu noNdlunkulu uShiyiwe Mantfombi ka Sobhuza (okungabazali baso ISILO) basungula loMkhosi woMhlanga ngonyaka we-1984. Uphinde oweNkosi wathi: “Ngaphezu kwalokho, iNdlovukazi uGwabini uzohola oNdlunkulu beSILO esikhotheme abazokhanyisa amakhandlela angama-37 azobe ebanjwe yizintombi ezingama -37 ukukhumbula uhambo lwaleminyaka ISILO neNdlovukazi abaluhambile nezintombi zomhlanga. IMbube (eseSihlalweni) inxusa bonke oNomehlo eMkhanyakude namaphethelo ukuba bagqugqumezele izintombi ukuba zivunule emakhaya ngosuku lomhla zi-4 ngehora leshumi nanye zihloniphe lomkhuleko”.
