UMntwana waphetha ngokuthi: “Emveni kokhetho lowezi-2004, i-ANC ivumbuke njengeqembu elikhulukazi lase linquma ukuqeda uhlelo lokubambisana, lase ligunyaza ukuthi uHulumeni uzoholwa i-ANC lapho aBaphathiswa be-IFP babemenywa ngomusa we-ANC. Kodwa kuHulumeni wesifundazwe, i-ANC ayizange yethembeke ku-IFP.” Lo mbhalo ukhomba ngokusobala ukuthi ukubuyisana noma ukusebenzisana kwe-IFP ne-ANC kulele ekutheni busebenzisana kanjani ubuholi balezi zinhlangano zombili KwaZulu-Natal. Kanti okumqoka mhlawumbe kunakho konke wukuthi ngabe ayahoxiswa yini amagama abeka i-IFP njenge‘simaku’ samaBhunu, kwamukelwe iqhaza layo nomholi walo emzabalazweni waseNingizimu Afrika.
Namuhla uMntwana akaseyena umholi weqembu futhi usekhulile. Umbuzo omile ngothi, ‘Ngabe umholi okhona manje okunguMnu uHlabisa uzokwazi yini ukuqhuba izingxoxo ezabe ziqalile ukulungisa ubudlelwano?’ Okusobala yikuthi kuMntwana ngezizathu zomlando kumqoka kuye siqu nasemlandweni weqembu. Omunye umbuzo omileyo ngothi ngabe ebudaleni bakhe uShenge uzosithola yini isifiso sakhe sokubuyisana nekwabo okunguKhongolose nokuthi wona uKhongolose uyoqinisekisa ukuthi kuba nokubuyisana nendodana yawo endala njengoba amanye asaphuka nje.
