Ikhekhe iMadeira elinokunambitheka kukalamula

  • Inkomishi eyodwa (1) yeCaster Sugar.
  • Izipuni zokudla ezintathu (3) zesikhumba sewolintshi esigrethiwe.
  • Ithispuni elilodwa (1) lesikhumba sikalamula esigrethiwe.
  • Amaqanda amakhulu amathathu (3) angaphumi efrijini.
  • Inkomishi eyodwa (1) kaflawa ozikhukhumalelayo.
  • Amakota amathathu (3/4) enkomishi kaflawa ongenalutho.
  • Ingxenye (1/2) yenkomishi yobisi olungaphumi efrijini.

Indlelakwenza 

  • Shisisa uhhavini ngokuwubeka ku-1800 C.
  • Lungisa ipani lokubhaka isinkwa (elijule ngama-6cm) ngokulifaka iphepha lokubhaka. Qiniseka ukuthi iphepha likapakela ngaphandle ukuze kube lula ukukhipha ikhekhe lapho selibhakiwe.
  • Endishini enkulu, faka ibhotela, ushukela, isikhumba sewolitshi kanye nesikalamula.
  • Shaya ngomshini kagesi ngesivinini esimaphakathi nendawo, ingxube kuze kube ngathi iyakhukhumala, ithofozele.
  • Faka iqanda elilodwa ngesikhathi, ushaye ngomshini emva kweqanda ngalinye. Qinisisekisa ukuthi amaqanda ahlangana ngokuphelele.
  • Sefa uflawa (zombili izinhlobo) uzifake kule ngxube esihlanganisiwe bese uhlanganisa ngokhezo, hhayi ngomshini kagesi. Qikelela ukuthi ungahlanganisi ngomfutho.
  • Thela ingxenye yobisi, uqhubeke uhlanganise ngokhezo.
  • Faka le ngxenye yobisi esele, uphinde futhi uhlanganise ngokhezo, ngesineke.
  • Uma usugculisekile ngokuhlangana kwenhlama, yithele epanini lokubhaka bese ulinganisa ngokhezo phezulu.
  • Faka ipani kuhhavini oshisayo, ubhake imizuzu ephakathi kwengamashumi amane nanhlanu (45) nengamashumi amahlanu (50).
  • Ukuhlola ukuthi ikhekhe selivuthiwe na, shutheka uthi lokuvungula phakathi nendawo nekhekhe. Uma luphuma luhlanzekile, kuyobe kusho ukuthi selivuthiwe ikhekhe. Uma liphuma limanzi, qhubeka ulibhake cishe imizuzu eyisikhombisa (7) ngaphezulu. 
  • Khipha ikhekhe kuhhavini uliyeke epanini cishe imizuzu elishumi (10).
  • Emva kwemizuzu elishumi, likhiphe epanini, ukhiphe nephepha ukuze lithi ukuphola.
