Sibheka olunye usendo lukaMnguni kaNtu

AmaGcaleka
AmaXhosa, amaMpondo, amaGcaleka namaRharhabe nezinye izizwe eziningi zagcina zakhe kwaXhosa, eMpumalanga Koloni. Kwakuqala ukuba zihlangane nezitha zabelungu selokhu kusukwe eNkabazwe kuphikelelwa eNingizimu Afrika. Kwathi impi ibambene ngezihluthu kwaXhosa, eMpumalanga Koloni nabahlaseli bamaNgisi, iNkosi uHintsa yabanjwa ngabahlaseli bamaNgisi ngowe-1834. AmaMpondo
EmaMpondweni iNkosi uSigcawu kaMqikela kaFaku kaNgqungqushe kaTahle kaMpondo naye wayedumile kodwa uyisemkhulu uFaku owalwa izimpi eziningi nabahlaseli bamaNgisi:
UGwegwe wagwegwe! Imazi emacala mabili, Esekelwe ngomkhulu. UNkobe ziphekw’ emthini, Azade zavuthwa. Zakhwezelwa insimango nesikhova. Ingcwingwi ephuza kwezid’ iziziba, Kayiphuzi kwezifushane, Ngokwesab’ umlom’ ukugoba.
Igama lakhe nelikaGambushe liyavela ezibongweni zeSilo uShaka. AmaMpondo ayingxenye yabaseMbo. Aqhamuka esevela ngaseSwazini. Imbongi ithi:
“Inyathi engame phezu koMzimvubu (umfula). Zonk’izingwenya zayibalekela. Nani boGambushe nani boFaku ningayithinti. Nayithinta nobe nithint’ uPhunga noMageba.”
Yiwona la mazwi enyosi/embongi enza siqiniseke ngokuthi umngcele owawehlukanisa izwe lakwaZulu nelakwaXhosa/ eMpumalanga Koloni ngesikhathi seSilo uShaka kwakungumfula uMzimvubu. Abukho obunye ubufakazi obuqanda ikhanda obedlula lobu. Obunye ubufakazi obokuthi uFaku wazikhipha izinkomo zokukhonza kuShaka izithunywa zakhe zafika ngelanga abulawa ngalo nguMhlangana, uDingane noMbopha kwaDukuza mhla zingama-24 kuMandulo ngowe-1828. Ngakho-ke nabo abakwaXhosa eMpumalanga Koloni bavela esendeni likaMnguni kaNtu.
Amabhaca
Amabhaca izizukulwane zawo namuhla ezigcwele eMzimkhulu namaphethelo. AngamaZulu kwazise avela esendeni likaNtu kweka Lufenulwenja kaZulu kaMalandela kaLuzumane kaMnguni kaNtu. Le ngxenye yamaZulu eyagcina yaziwa ngokuthi ingamaBhaca yayakhe ngakwaNtunjambili ngokuyela esiyalwini somfula uMvoti lapho kuthiwa kukwaNtabakayikhonjwa iphasiwe. Kwathi uma iNgonyama uShaka ihlanganisa izizwe zamaZulu ukuba zibe yimbumba, bathutha kwaNtunjambili bagcina ngasemfuleni uMngeni. Le ngxenye yamaZulu yathutha lapho yagcina izinze ngaseMzimkhulu kwazise yabe isihlaselwa ngamaBhunu ngowe-1842 ngaphansi kukaNcaphayi kaMadzikane owayengowendlu yasekhohlo. INkosazana uMachibisa owayeyingxenye yale ngxenye yamaZulu wakha lapho sekwakhiwe idolobha khona lasePietermaritzburg namuhla. Kulapho wayebusa khona isizwe esinamandla esanqoba izizwe eziningi. Umlando wale ngxenye yamaZulu usivezela ukuthi iNdlunkulu yabo ilandelana kanje:
UZulu; uNtukweka/uLufenulwenja/uLubololwenja; uWabana; uDidi/uDiya; uWushe; uZelemu; uBhaca; uKalimeshe; uMadzikane. Kanti ngakwesokhohlo uNcaphayi; uSonyanga/uMayekiso; uMakhawula kaNcaphayi; uMdutshana/Majangaza; uCijisile/Nomtsheketshe noBhekukuphiwa (wayesaphila ngowe-1905).
Ngowe-1921 ingxenye yalaba bantu besizwe samaBhaca yayibuswa nguNdida Zulu bebuswa ngaphansi kwesifunda saseXobho. Mhla zingama-27 kuMasingana ngowe-1921, iNkosi uNdida yayobonana noKhomishane oMkhulu Wezindaba ZaBantu ePietermaritzburg. Yayiphelekezelwa izinduna zayo uSalwila Gibasha, uBozoloni Mxadi noZimkhonkothi Zulu. Bonke bemukelwa yinduna kaC. A. Wheelwright uSiki Ngcobo. Udaba olubalulekile ababehamba ngalo ngolwempi eyayibheduke phakathi kwesizwe sikaMiskofile Dlamini nesakhe uNdida Zulu lapho kwasala khona enkundleni abantu ababili besizwe seNkosi uMiskofile Dlamini. Leyo mpi yayibangwe yizinkomo zeNkosi uNdida Zulu ezazingene emasimini ommbila esizweni sakwaDlamini zadla wonke ummbila owawutshalwe lapho. UWheelwright wamsola kakhulu uNdida ngokungaqoqi bonke abanikazi bezinkomo ezazidle amasimu abase emantshini yaseXobho. UNdida wazikhalela ngokuthi wayekhona empini njengomlamuli wagcina enikeze wonke amagama abantu bakhe ababelwa kwabomthetho.
UWheelwright wayidonsa ngendlebe iNkosi uNdida ukuthi kwakungumsebenzi wayo esizweni ukuthi uma kukhona abadala uthuthuva ibalethe emthethweni ukuze bajeziswe. Wathi uma kungenjalo iNkosi yayizojeziswa ngokuhlawuliswa ngokugodla ulwazi lweziphulamthetho. INkosi uNdida yaziphendulela ngokuthi wonke amagama ezaphulamthetho eyayiwazi yayiwahambisile kwabomthetho eXobho. USiki Ngcobo wayixwayisa iNkosi ngokuthi kudingeka njalo ibambisane noHulumeni.
