Amaqebelengwana kashokoledi wobisi

  • Inkomishi eyodwa nengxenye (1&1/2) kashukela onsundu
  • Iqanda elilodwa (1) elikhulu kanye nesikhuphasha selilodwa, angaphumi efrijini
  • Isipuni esisodwa (1) sokudla sevanilla essence
  • Inkomishi eyodwa (1) egcwele ushokoledi wobisi oqotshiwe Ungasebenzisa futhi lo othengwa uzindilinga ezincane. Akudingi uphinde uwuqobe lo. 

Izithako (zoketshezi lokuhlobisa amaqebelengwana)

  • Ingxenye (1/2) yethispuni lempuphu ye-espresso
  • Isipuni sokudla esisodwa (1) samanzi afudumele
  • Ama-90g kashukela osampuphu
  • Isipuni esisodwa (1) sobisi olungaphumi efrijini

Indlelakwenza (amaqebelengwana)

  • Shisisa uhhavini ngokuwubeka ku 177°C.
  • Lungisa ipani lokubhaka eliyisikwele ngokufafaza inonstick spray noma ukulibeka iphepha lokubhaka. Uma usebenzisa iphepha lokubhaka, qinisekisa ukuthi liyalenga ngaphandle kwepani ukuze kube lula ukukhipha ikhekhe lapho selivuthiwe.
  • Endishini enkulu, sefa uflawa bese ufaka ibaking powder kanye nosawoti. Hlanganisa ngokhezo ngokuphelele.
  • Kwenye indishi, thela ibhotela kanye nempuphu ye-espresso bese uhlanganisa ngewhisk.
  • Thela ushukela onsundu uqhubeke uhlanganise.
  • Faka iqanda eliphelele nesikhuphasha esisodwa ngaphezulu kanye nevanilla essence bese uyahlanganisa futhi ngewhisk.
  • Qulela izithako ezimanzi kulezi ezomile bese uhlanganisa ngesineke ngokhezo kuze kuhlangane kahle.
  • Inhlama ingabukeka ithe ukuqina. Kungakukhathazi lokhu. Ispatula serabha sivamise ukuyihlanganisa kahle inhlama enje, ngakho sebenzisa sona uma unaso ekhaya.
  • Thela ushokoledi oqotshiwe bese uhlanganisa ngesineke.
  • Thela inhlama epanini lokubhaka bese uyilinganisa kahle phezulu ngokhezo.
  • Faka ipani kuhhavini, ubhake imizuzu ephakathi kwengamashumi amathathu (30) nengamashumi amathathu nanhlanu (35).
  • Hlola ukuvuthwa kwekhekhe ngokushutheka uthi lokuvungula maphakathi nendawo nekhekhe. Uma liphuma lomile kusho ukuthi selivuthiwe. Uma liphuma limanzana, libuyisele kuhhavini imizuzu embalwa eyengeziwe. Uqaphele kakhulu-ke nokho lapha – ubumanzi busho ukuthi ikhekhe alivuthiwe, kodwa uma likhombisa umswakama nje, liyobe livuthiwe. Awufuni ukuthi lihlale ngokweqile kuhhavini lize liqine ngokwedlulele. 
  • Khipha ipani kuhhavini ulipholise ngokuphelele (ungaqale ulikhiphe epanini lokubhaka).
  • Lapho seliphole ngokuphelele, likhiphe epanini.
