- Ingxenye (1/2) yenkomishi yecocoa powder, engenashukela
- Amakota amathathu (3/4) ethispuni likabaking powder
- Ingxenye (1/2) yethispuni lebaking soda
- Ikota (1/4) lethispuni likasawoti Amaqanda amabili (2) amakhulu, angaphumi efrijini
- Ingxenye (1/2) yenkomishi kashukela omhlophe
- Ingxenye (1/2) yenkomishi kashukela onsundu
- Ama-80ml ka-oyela wokupheka (ngincoma iCanola Oil ekubhakeni)
- Amathispuni amabili (2) evanilla essence
- Ingxenye (1/2) yenkomishi yebuttermilk engaphumi efrijini
Indlelakwenza
- Shisisa uhhavini ngokuwubeka ku-180°C. Lungisa ipani lokubhaka lamamafini ayishumi nambili (12).
- Endishini enkulu, sefa ufulawa, ucocoa powder, ubaking powder, ubaking soda, kanye nosawoti. Hlanganisa ngesipuni esikhulu, bese ubeka eceleni.
- Kwenye indishi, hlanganisa amaqanda, ushukela omhlophe, ushukela onsundu, uwoyela wokupheka, kanye nevanilla essence. Sebenzisa iwhisk ukuxuba kuze kuhlangane ngokuphelele.
- Qulela ingxenye yezithako ezimanzi kwezomile.
- Qulela ingxenye yebuttermilk, bese uhlanganisa ngewhisk.
- Qulela lengxenye esalile yezithako ezimanzi kanye nebuttermilk uqhubeke uhlanganise ngewhisk. Qikelela ungaxovi ngokweqile.
- Inhlama yakho izoba saluketshezi, kungakwethusi lokhu.
- Faka inhlama yakho epanini lokubhaka. Qinisekisa ukuthi inhlama uyifaka ibe yingxenye, ungayigcwalisi ngoba izophuphuma, ichitheke uma isekhukhumala.
- Bhaka imizuzu ephakathi kweyishumi nesishiyagalombili kuya kwengamashumi amabili nanye.
- Ngenxa yokuthi ohhavini abafani ukushisa kwabo, hlola ukuthi amamafini akho asevuthiwe na ngokushutheka uthi lokuvungula phakathi nendawo. Ukuvuthwa kuzobonakala ngothi oluphuma luhlanzekile.
- Akhiphe kuhhavini uwabeke esithebeni sokupholisa ukuze aphole.
