  • Ama-80ml ka-oyela wokupheka (ngincoma iCanola Oil ekubhakeni)
  • Amathispuni amabili (2) evanilla essence
  • Ingxenye (1/2) yenkomishi yebuttermilk engaphumi efrijini

Indlelakwenza

  • Shisisa uhhavini ngokuwubeka ku-180°C. Lungisa ipani lokubhaka lamamafini ayishumi nambili (12).
  • Endishini enkulu, sefa ufulawa, ucocoa powder, ubaking powder, ubaking soda, kanye nosawoti. Hlanganisa ngesipuni esikhulu, bese ubeka eceleni.
  • Kwenye indishi, hlanganisa amaqanda, ushukela omhlophe, ushukela onsundu, uwoyela wokupheka, kanye nevanilla essence. Sebenzisa iwhisk ukuxuba kuze kuhlangane ngokuphelele.
  • Qulela ingxenye yezithako ezimanzi kwezomile.
  • Qulela ingxenye yebuttermilk, bese uhlanganisa ngewhisk.
  • Qulela lengxenye esalile yezithako ezimanzi kanye nebuttermilk uqhubeke uhlanganise ngewhisk. Qikelela ungaxovi ngokweqile.
  • Inhlama yakho izoba saluketshezi, kungakwethusi lokhu.
  • Faka inhlama yakho epanini lokubhaka. Qinisekisa ukuthi inhlama uyifaka ibe yingxenye, ungayigcwalisi ngoba izophuphuma, ichitheke uma isekhukhumala.
