Ikhekhe likashizi elingabhakiwe

Ngenxa yokubona indlela abantu abaphila ngayo esikhathini samanje, abakhiqizi bavame ukuzama ukuqhamuka nezindlela zokwenza izinto zibe lula. Impela lokhu kuhle ngoba kuvame ukonga isikhathi, singazitholi sichitha isikhathi eside senza okuthize. Lokhu ngivame ukukubona kakhulu nasezintweni ezithinta iziko. 

Namhlanje sekukhona izinto ezifana namaPressure Cooker, apheka ukudla okufana nezitambu nosu, njalo njalo, ngesikhathi esifushane ngendlela eyisimanga. Kanti lokhu ngikubonile kakhulu nasekudleni uqobo. Sekunemikhiqizo ephekeka ngesikhathi esifushane kakhulu kunalesi ebesivame ukupheka ngaso. Lokhu ngikubone emikhiqizweni efana nempuphu, i-oats nokunye.

  • Faka kufriza imizuzu ephakathi kweyishumi nanhlanu nengamashumi amabili (15 – 20).

Indlelakwenza yesiqulelo

  • Ngokusebenzisa umshini kagesi, shaya ukhilimu ngesivinini esiphezulu endishini emaphakathi nendawo ubukhulu, cishe imizuzu emihlanu. Beka eceleni.
  • Faka iCream Cheese kanye noshukela omhlophe kwenye indishi.
  • Hlanganisa ngomshini kagesi ingxube ize ibe bushelelezi, ibe sakhilimu. 
  • Khuhla amacala endishi ngokhezo ukuqinisekisa ukuthi konke kuyahlangana.
  • Thela ushukela osampuphu, ukhilimu omuncu, ujuzi kalamula kanye neVanilla Essence.
  • Qhubeka uhlanganise ngomshini, ngesivinini esiphezulu, imizuzu emithathu. Qinisekisa ukuthi kuhlangene ngokuphelele.
  • Uma usabona izigaxa zecream cheese emva kwemizuzu emithathu, qhubeka ushaye zize ziphele izigaxa.
  • Thela lokhilimu osushayiwe, bese uhlanganisa ngokhezo kuze kuhlangane ngokuphelele. Lokhu kungakuthatha isikhashana ukuze kuhlangane ngokuphelele. Qiniseka ukuthi ungasheshisi uma uhlanganisa, kodwa ube nesineke ngoba ukushesha kungakhipha umoya okukhilimu. 
  • Khipha uqweqwe kufriza bese uthela isiqulelo phakathi. Sebenzisa ukhezo ukusabalalisa isiqulelo sakho ize ilingane phezulu.
  • Yemboza ngokuphelele ikhekhe lakho ngoplastiki wokwemboza okanye ifoyili.
  • Faka efrijini amahora ayisithupha kuya kwayisishiyagalombili (uma ungajahile ungaligcina ubusuku bonke efrijini). 
  • Khipha ikhekhe efrijini bese ulikhipha epanini ngobunono. 
  • Lisike libe izingcezu bese uyalithokozela ikhekhe lakho.

  • Ungaligcina efrijini ikhekhe elisalile izinsuku ezingafinyelela kwezinhlanu.
  • Ungaligcina kufriza izinyanga ezintathu.
  • Leli khekhe ungalihlobisa ngezindlela ezahlukene. Ungabeka izithelo phezulu okanye ukhilimu oshayiwe noma iCaramel nokunye.
