Utamatisi nezinhlobonhlobo zawo

Indlelakwenza 

  • Shisisa uhhavini ngokuwubeka ku-2000 Celcius.
  • Epanini lokuqazinga (roast) elikhulu, faka ugalige, utamatisi, uphepha kanye no-anyanisi.
  • Vuvuzela uwoyela phezulu kwezithako.
  • Vuvuzela usawoti kanye nophepha omnyama ukunandisa.
  • Faka kuhhavini, eshalofini elimaphakathi nendawo.
  • Igcine kuhhavini imizuzu engamashumi amane (40).
  • Phendula izitshalo zakho emva kwemizuzu engamashumi amabili.
  • Khipha kuhhavini emva kwemizuzu engamashumi amane, kuphole kancane.
  • Faka ivegetable noma ichicken stock yakho ebhodweni elikhulu, uyibilise.
  • Uma sekubila, faka izitshalo zakho eziphuma kuhhavini, ithyme, ipaprika, upelepele kanye noviniga (uma uwusebenzisa).
  • Yehlisa umlilo, uyeke ingxube yakho ibile kancane cishe imizuzu emihlanu bese uyalikhipha eziko ibhodwe.
  • Faka ingxube yakho kubhlenda uhlanganise kuze kucubeke ngokuphelele.
  • Faka usawoti ngendlela ekuthokozisayo, kunambitheke.
  • Uma ufisa isobho lakho libe manzana, ungafaka amanzi uze ugculiseke.

  • Thokozela isobho lakho namaqebelengwana, lisafudumele.
  • Ngiye ngilizwe limnandi kakhulu isobho likatamatisi ngakusasa, emva kokuhlala efrijini.
