Zeqa amadolo izinkinga zezinyunyana nezisebenzi

IBAYEDE ike yaxoxisana noNobhala Jikelele weSALIPSWU uMnu uThobile Ntola. Inhloso lapha bekungukuthola ingqikithi yalokhu kungeneliswa nokungathembani okungaka phakathi kwezisebenzi nezinyunyana nokuthi bona njengenyunyana bazibona bezoletha mehluko muni ngokobuholi nokulwela izisebenzi. Lokhu kwenzeka ngisho nasebuholini bezinyunyana ezibhekene nabaqashi abanamabhizinisi azimele. Uma kwakhiwa izivumelwano kwenzeka lokhu okuthiwa yiBoardroom Trade Unionism lapho abaholi benyunyana basuke sebembethe ingubo eyodwa nomqashi bethatha imiyalelo kuye kudayiswa ngelungelo lezisebenzi. Akuzona izisebenzi kodwa abaqashi abaqhamuka nokwelusa izinga lokwehla kwamandla omnotho (inflation targeting) njengendlela yokulawula ukwenyuswa kwamaholo kusetshenziswa iConsumer Price Index + 1 iminyaka emithathu kungaphindanga kwaxoxwa ngokwenyuswa kwamaholo. Lokhu akunandaba ukuthi izindleko zokuphila zinyuke kangakanani kuleyo minyaka emithathu kunesivumelwano. Isimo esinjalo sivuna umqashi hhayi izisebenzi,” kubeka uNtola.

“SiyiSalipswu, esizobhekana nakho wukwenza umqashi ahloniphe izivumelwano angena kuzo nezinyunyana. Sesiqalile lapha eMnyangweni Wezemfundo KwaZulu Natal ukulwa nokungahlonishwa kwezivumelwano njengokuvalelwa ngaphandle kwezisebenzi ezinqamule izivumelwano ngenxa yokuxakeka kwezezimali. Lokhu kokuthi amandla onke okuqasha othisha awele ezandleni zeNhloko yoMnyango (HOD) sizokuqeda nya ngoba kubambezela amaholo othisha kwehlise nezinga labo lokuphila,” kusho uNtola ekhombisa ukufudumala.

EMnyangweni Wezempilo nakhona isimo simapeketwane ngokusho kukaNtola. “Abahlengikazi nodokotela bathwele kanzima, ikakhulukazi ezibhedlela ezisemakhaya. Izifo zixakile izinsizakusebenza azikho. Imiphumela yalokho wukuthi umhlengikazi ngamunye uzithola ebhekene neziguli ezingaphezulu kwama-70. Kube nzima kakhulu uma odokotela bengekho kuleso sibhedlela ngoba wonke umthwalo kadokotela ubhekana nabahlengikazi”, kuqhubeka kuchaza uMnu uNtola.

Uqhubeke wathi lesi simo siqhatha izisebenzi zesibhedlela noma umtholampilo nezakhamizi ezingaqondi ukuthi lezi zinkinga zidalwa yini. “Kuqala uma ungena esibhedlela wawuba nalowo muzwa wokuthi uzoba ngcono kodwa manje isimo sesingesinye. Yikho siyiSALIPSWU sinemigomo esisebenzela phezu kwayo esineqiniso lokuthi izoletha umehluko ekulethweni kwezidingo kubantu. Sikholelwa ekuletheni usizo olusezingeni eliphezulu kubantu bakithi bese kuthi labo abanikwe lowo mthwalo wokulethwa kosizo kubantu okuyizisebenzi, bakwenze lokho ngaphansi kwezimo zokusebenza ezibuyisa isithunzi somuntu zimenze aphile kahle.”

UMnu uNtola wenze izibonelo zobudedengu bezinyunyana uma zibhekene nomqashi okuyinto elahlekisele izisebenzi ngethuba lokusebenza ngaphansi kwezimo ezingenangcindezi. “Emaphoyiseni ubusebenza iminyaka eyisikhombisa ube sewunyuselwa ezingeni lobusayitsheni. Sekwaguquka lokho, sekufanele uze usebenze iminyaka eyi-11 ngaphambi kokuba kwenzeke lokhu. Ngenxa yezimo ezingaphephile nezigqilazayo inkohlakalo nobugebengu sebuyindlela yokuphila emaphoyiseni. Nakhona emaphoyiseni kunezinkinga zokungaqashwa nokungabi bikho kwezinsizakusebenza. Ngamafushane nje ngeke sathi sikhululekile uma izisebenzi zikaHulumeni kuyizona ezingenelisekile,” kusho uNtola.

IBAYEDE ibuza ukuthi bayithathe kanjani beyiSALIPSWU inkulumo yesabelomali ebiyethulwa nguNgqongqoshe uTito Mboweni ngeledlule, uNtola uthe: ‘Okujabhise kakhulu wukuthi uNgqongqoshe amemezele ukuthi bewuHulumeni bazimisele ngokunciphisa imali abayikhipha ngokuholela izisebenzi zikaHulumeni ngokuzincenga ukuthi lezo esezineminyaka engama-55 kuya kwengama-59 zithathe umhlalaphansi. Ngamafuphi lokhu akukhombi ikusasa elihle ezisebenzini zikaHulumeni. Lokhu okushiwo nguNgqongqoshe kuyobe kungaqali ukwenzeka ngoba nangowe-1996 kwake kwenzeka uHulumeni wangakufeza ayekwethembise izisebenzi. Yikho khona maduze nje siyiSALIPSWU sizoba nezinkundla zokuchazela amalungu ethu nezisebenzi jikelele ezikule minyaka (55-59) ukuthi azilisebenzise kanjani ithuba elizovulwa nguHulumeni.”

UMnu uNtola uphethe ngokuthi okudumazayo wukuthi uHulumeni angaqhamuki nezisombuluko ngezinkinga ezikhungethe izisebenzi zeminyango yakhe. “Lokhu kushiya uSALIPSWU nengcabha yokuba yinyunyana eyisibonelo ngokuvala igebe elikhona phakathi kwezinyunyana nezisebenzi. Sinomthwalo wokulungisa isimo ngokuqhamuka nohlelo olubuka yonke iminyango kaHulumeni ngenhloso yokuxazulula izinkinga eziyikhungethe. Esibheke kakhulu kukho wukuthi ngaphezu kokumela izisebenzi emacaleni, nokulwela amaholo aphilisayo, sizophoqelela uHulumeni ukuletha izinsiza kusebenza, aqeqeshe, avuselele namakhono ezisebenzi. Yilokhu kuphela okuzokwenza abantu baleli lizwe bayijabulele inkululeko abayilwela kangaka.”
