NoMthethosisekelo isigaba 9(3) naso sithi ubandlululo olungenabulungiswa kaluvumelekile. Ngakho-ke ukuthi kufanele lezi zenzo zize zincike ezizathwini ezibalulwe nguMthetho Wezobulungiswa Emsebenzi, ngaphambi kokuba aboshwe umqasha mayelana nazo, kuyakhalisa.
