UBUKHOSI bungumongo walokho okunguZulu. Kwaba yingaleso sizathu abesilisa nabesifazane ezikhathini ezahlukene baqoma ngezingazi nemizimba yabo ukuvikela lokho okungumongo, uBukhosi. Isimiso soBukhosi bukaZulu bubeka iSILO njengenhloko yoBukhosi nokuyiso ngokwalesi simiso esibeka aMakhosi okungamakhosana emizi nezizwe ezakha uZulu. Ngakho akumangazi uma lokho okwaqoshwa endulo sekuphazamiseka kube khona ukuhhumuzela ezweni.

Lokhu izinkantolo zikwamukela nje ziyakuqonda futhi nalokho okulindeleke kuHulumeni okuwukwamukela igama lalowo oseqokiwe.
UHulumeni njengoba abuye aholele aMakhosi nje unayo indima emqoka. Nokho zikhona iziwombe lapho uHulumeni esolwa khona ngokweqa umugqa lapho ebonakala esethatha amandla okubeka umuntu engalandelanga lokho okuwumthetho wesintu kanye naloyo awenzile yena. Muva nje ngenxa yalokhu imibango eminingi isiphelela ezinkantolo , kuyingxenye yemindeni ephikisana nesinqumo sikaHulumeni. Kunjalo kwaZashuke, kwaMbonambi, kwaMngomezulu, eMakhabeleni (kwaDhlomo) nakwenzinye izingxenye.

Odabeni lokukhala kwemindeni ngokungenelela kukaHulumeni, uSihlalo weNdlu Yobuholi BoMdabu, iNkosi uPhathisizwe Chiliza, uthe kuyishwa nehlazo elibi ukuthi uHulumeni abonakale esegijimisana nemindeni ezinkantolo ngenxa yoBukhosi asuke engahlangene nabo. Uthe uHulumeni akangeni ndawo emibangweni yoBukhosi kodwa kusuke kuyimindeni okufanele izilungisele izinkinga zayo, noma iqoke ikomiti langaphakathi elizodala isixazululo. Uqhube wathi uma sekuhluleka lapho, imindeni ixhumana nohlaka lukaHulumeni olubhekele imibango yoBukhosi nolufaka nongoti bomlando woBukhosi.
“Nalo lolo hlaka aluzenzeli umsebenzi, kodwa lujuba ongoti boBukhosi nabomlando bese bexhumana neSILO ukuze bacathuliseke ngendlela yokusebenza. Nokho kuba yishwa elibi neliyihlazo, esilikhuza mihla namalanga, ukubona uHulumeni wethu sekunguye ogijima ezinkantolo ulwa izimpi zoBukhosi angahlangene nazo ngoba phela zisuke zithinta imindeni kuphela. Lokho kuba nzima ngoba uma udaba selulungile kuba nesilonda esingasobe saphola kulowo obengafunwa nguHulumeni. Yingakho sithi akube imindeni eziyela ezinkantolo ngoba uma sekuphume isinqumo yona iyakwazi ukuhlala phansi ikhumelane umlotha bese kuqhubeka impilo. Umsebenzi kaHulumeni ukubukela imindeni yenza okwayo kuze kufike esiphethweni bese iyesekela uma sekudlule imibango, angathathi uhlangothi oluthile,” kuchaza iNkosi uChiliza.
Iphinde yaphawula nangodaba lweKhomishini eyayiholwa nguMnu uBasil uSikhakhane nathi zikhona izincomo eyazenza ngemindeni eyayiphenya uBukhosi bayo, yazithumela ehhovisi likaNdunankulu.
“Empeleni sasinokukhathazeka njengeNdlu Yobuholi BoMdabu esifundazweni ngokuthi kukhona imibiko engazange iphothulwe njengoba kwakukhona imindeni eyayikhononda. Ngaphandle kwalokho thina njengeNdlu YoMdabu, asingeni kangako ezintweni zamakhomishini ngoba umthetho awusivumeli. Ngisho ukubekwa kwaMakhosi akekho ongena kukho, kuhlanganisa uHulumeni nawo amakhomishini, kodwa abantu abawumgogodla wodaba kuba umndeni. Kuye kuthi uma usuphothule konke ngokulandela umlando wawo mayelana nozothatha isihlalo, bese uxhumana neSILO ukuze kuqale uhlelo lokubeka lowo osuke eseqokiwe,” kusho iNkosi uChiliza.
ElaboHlanga likhulume noMntwana uMbonisi kaBhekuzulu nothe likhona ikomiti elasungulwa eNdlunkulu elibhekene nazo izindaba zemibango yaMakhosi ngoba kwakugwenywa indaba yokuya ezinkantolo.
“Leli komiti lihlanganisa aBantwana baseNdlunkulu kanti ukusungulwa kwalo kwakuhloswe ngalo ukuba uma imindeni ingaboni ngasolinye noma uma kukhona efisa ukukudlulisa ngoBukhosi, kubikelwe lona. Ngakho uma sekubanezinkinga ezigcina sezidonsela imindeni ezinkantolo, thina njengeNdlunkulu asibe sisakwazi ukusondela. Yingakho kugcina sekuba uHulumeni obasezinkantolo nemindeni,” kusho uMntwana uMbonisi.
Umswane wembalala nepolitiki
Okunye ukukhuluma okukhona ngale mibango ephelela ezinkantolo wukuthi sekukhona inhlese yepolitiki. Elinye ilungu lomndeni abangayo lithe enye into ebadunga kakhulu ngumswane wembabala (imali). “Phela kulezi zindawo zakwethu kukhona imali esenhlabathini okuyizimbiwa ngakho impela sesixabana siwuzalo ngoba siyazi ukuthi ophumelele uyobe esenamandla okwaba ingcebo. Nabo-ke osopolitiki kabazona izingane, bahlala emadolobheni nje uma sekukhulunywa lezi bayakhumbula ukuthi ngabakuphi yikho siphelela ezinkantolo nje nabo bafuna ivenge”, kusho umthombo.
Okunye okudala ukudideka ngodaba lokubekwa kwaMakhosi yiqhaza leNdlu Yobuholi BoMdabu okuqoshwe ukuthi nayo kumele njengoNdunankulu ithintwe nxa kunombango woBukhosi njengokuyalela komthetho wuBuholi Nokubuswa NgokoMdabu okungase kuhambe kube yinkinga nxa kungaphenduleki ngokokuthi ngabe iNdlu iyingxenye yesimiso yini soBukhosi noma iwuhlaka lokuxhumana phakathi kukaHulumeni naMakhosi njengoba kunjalo ezinhlakeni ezifana namakomiti amawadi awuhlaka lokuxhuna kukahulumeni (amakhansela) kanye nomphakathi. Omunye umbuzo ngothi; ngabe iNdlunkulu naMakhosi azoqinisekisa yini ukuthi isiko elifana nokuthela amanzi liyangena emthweni wesilungu ukuze kungabi nokudideka noma lizongcina nje leli siko lingulwazi lwabathile elincike emthethweni wesintu.
Ecaleni lakwaMkhwanazi izinkomba zithi abalahlwe yicala bangase baledlulisele kwenye inkantolo ngethemba lesinqumo esehlukile.
