Elandisa ngalokhu uMntwana wakwaPhindangene uthe: “NgokweSigaba 2A(3)(a) soMthethi waKwaZulu-Natal Ingonyama Trust Act, ISILO siyahlala eBhodini le-Ingonyama Trust njengoSihlalo, ngaphandle uma siqoke umuntu othile ozoba yiso laso. Loyo osuke eqokwe ISILO eBhodini ube eseba nguSihlalo.
“Ngesikhathi singena eSihlalweni, ISILO uMisuzulu kaZwelithini wakuqinisekisa ukuthi uMehluleli uJerome Ngwenya osehlale isikhathi eside kulesi sikhundla nguye amqokayo.
UMhlonishwa uNgwenya ube eseqhubeka njengoSihlalo weBhodi.
Muva nje kube namahlebezi asabalele abethi ISILO sinxuse Inkosi uThanduyise Mzimela ukuba athathe isikhundla. Inkosi uMzimela yacela ukuthi igama layo lingaphakanyiswa” kusho uMntwana .
Uqhubeke wathi: “NgoLwesihlanu zingama-28 kuMbasa ngokunxusa kweSILO, kwabanjwa umhlangano ukuze mina neSILO sidingide izinto ezithinta i-Ingonyama Trust. ISILO sangibeka esithombeni ngokuqhubekayo nami ngasitshela ngomlando we-Ingonyama Trust, njengomsunguli womthetho owaholela ekuzalweni kwe-Ingonyama Trust, futhi njengoNdunankulu weSILO.
“Umhlangano wethu wawuhanjelwe ngaBantwana baseNdlunkulu, okuhlanganisa nabaNtwana abaKhulu uThulani Zulu, uThuthukani wakwaNxangiphilile, uNdabuko was’Onkweni, nendodana yami uMntwana oMkhulu uNtuthukoyezwe Buthelezi. Kwakukhona noMeluleki Womthetho weSilo neMeya uThulasizwe Buthelezi.
Kulowo mhlangano, ISILO sashayela ucingo, Inkosi Mzimela wasamukela isicelo sakhe sokuhoxisa ukuphakanyiswa kwakhe. ISILO sabe sesishayela ucingo uMhlonishwa uNgwenya eqinisekisa ukuthi uyaqhubeka njengoSihlalo weBhodi.”
