UNGAKWAZI UKUBHAKA AMABHISKIDI AZOYIZAYO

Amabhiskidi uhlobo lombhako noma ngubani angakwazi ukulwenza. Akukhathalekile ukuthi ungumbhaki omdala noma umusha kule ndima. Kulula ngendlela eyisimanga ukuwenza. 

Akulula neze futhi ukwenza amaphutha lapho kwenziwa amabhiskidi. Lokhu kudalwa ukuthi zimbalwa kakhulu izithako ezidingekayo ukwenza amabhiskidi kanti nezikalo zilula ngendlela eyisimanga. 

Njengoba sibheke emaholidini nje nabantu bezochitha isikhathi esiningi besekhaya, engathi kungahlale kunezinto ezifana namabhiskidi ekhaya ukuze abantu babe nento abazochitha ngayo isizungu lapho befisa ukuhlafuna okuthize.

La mabhiskidi ungakwazi ukuwagcina esitsheni esivaleka ngci kuze kube yizinsuku ezinhlanu, ngaphandle kokonakala. Kanti futhi ungawagcina nakufriza isikhathi eside kakhulu. Uma uzowafaka kufriza, qiniseka ukuthi awuyifaki ibuttercream.

Indlelakwenza (amabhiskidi)

  • Shisisa uhhavini ngokuwubeka ku-1800C bese ulungisa amapani okubhaka amabhiskidi (ayisicaba) amabili ngokwendlala kuwo amaphepha okubhaka.
  • Endishini enkulu faka ibhotela, bese ulishaya ngomshini kagesi ngesivinini esimaphakathi nendawo. Shaya cishe umzuzu owodwa, noma ibhotela lize libe sakhilimu. 
  • Thela uflawa phezu kwebhotela, ulandele ngoshukela kanye nempuphu kakhastadi.
  • Hlanganisa zonke lezi zithako ngomshini ngesivinini esiphansi kuze kuhlangane ngokuphelele. 
  • Yikha inhlama engamathispuni amabili bese uwenza ibhola esandleni, bese ubeka epanini lokubhaka.
  • Phindaphinda lokhu ize iphele yonke inhlama.
  • Cindezela ibhola lenhlama ngalinye ngemfologo ukuze icabalale kancane. Qiniseka ukuthi kunesikhala esilinganayo phakathi kwamabhiskidi akho.
  • Faka ipani lokubhaka kuhhavini, ubhake cishe imizuzu elishumi nambili.
  • Khipha ipani kuhhavini ulibeke ngaphandle isikhashana bese uyawakhipha amabhiskidi epanini ukuze aphole ngokuphelele.

Indlelakwenza (iVanilla Buttercream)

  • Faka ibhotela endishini enkulu, bese ushaya ngomshini kagesi ngesivinini esimaphakathi nendawo. Shaya ibhotela lakho lize libe sakhilimu, liphaphatheke.
  • Qulela iVanilla Essence, ingxenye kashukela kanye nesipuni esisodwa sobisi. Qhubeka uhlanganise ngomshini kuze kuhlangane ngokuphelele. 
  • Faka lo shukela osele kanye nesinye isipuni sobisi, uqhubeke ushaye ngomshini ingxube ize ibe bushelelezi.
  • Uma ungagculisekile ngobumanzi bengxube yakho, faka esinye isipuni sobisi bese uhlanganisa ngokhezo.
  • Faka iButtercream yakho ephepheni lokuputshuza, bese ufaka i-tip enkulu yokukhipha iButtercream.
  • Lapho esephole ngokuphelele amabhiskidi akho, putshuzela iButtercream kwelilodwa ibhiskidi. Beka elinye phezu kweButtercream bese uhlanganisa kube sasemishi.

Amasu

  • La mabhiskidi ungawathokozela wodwana ngaphandle kokuwafaka iButtercream, uma ungayikhonzile. 
  • Ukuze abukeke kahle amabhiskidi akho uma esehlanganisiwe, qiniseka ukuthi iButtercream ihlala kule ngxenye ecabalele (lena esuke ithinte ipani lapho ebhakwa).
  • Uma ungenayo imphuphu kakhastadi ekhaya, ungasebenzisa amathispuni amathathu eCornflour axutshwe nethispuni elilodwa likashukela osampuphu.
  • Ungalindeli ukuthi azoshintsha umbala abe nsundu njengenjwayelo lapho kubhakwa amabhiskidi. Ngenxa yempuphu kakhastadi azothatha isikhathi eside ukuthi ashintshe umbala. Ukushintsha kwawo umbala abe nsundu kuzobe kusho ukuthi aseshile. Ngakho qiniseka ukuthi uwakhiphe emva kwemizuzu ebekiwe.
