Indlelakwenza (Ikhekhe)

  • Shisisa uhhavini ngokuwubeka ku-177°C.
  • Lungisa ipani lokubhaka eliyindilinga ngokwendlala iphepha lokubhaka bese ulininda ngebhotela. Siza ungasebenzisi iNon-stick Spray ngoba lizonamathela ikhekhe lapho selikhishwa. 
  • Endishini elungele ukungena kumicrowave, faka ibhotela eliqotshiwe (lokhu kuzosiza ekutheni lincibilike kalula). 
  • Faka ushokoledi oqotshiwe waba zicucu.
  • Faka indishi kumicrowave ubeke kumizuzwana engamashumi amabili (20) bese uyakhipha uhlanganise ngemfologo, uphinde ubuyisele kumicrowave. Phindaphinda lokhu lize lincibilike ngokuphelele ibhotela noshokoledi. Qiniseka ukuthi azikho izigaxa.
  • Beka ingxube yebhotela ngaphandle ukuze ithi ukuphola, cishe imizuzu emithathu.
  • Uma isithe ukuphola, faka ushukela, uphawuda we-Espresso kanye neVanilla Essence bese uhlanganisa ngokuphelele.
  • Faka amaqanda uphinde uhlanganise.
  • Uzoqaphela ukuthi inhlama yakho ngathi yomile (njengeyamaBrownies). Kungakwethusi lokhu, kufanele ibe njalo.

  • Thela inhlama yakho epanini lokubhaka

  • Faka kuhhavini ubhake imizuzu engamashumi amabili nanhlanu.
  • Khipha ikhekhe kuhhavini bese ulipholisa imizuzu cishe elishumi ngaphambi kokulibeka kustand sekhekhe noma epuletini.
  • Uma usulibeka kustand noma epuletini, libeke ulibhekise phansi. Lilinde liphole ngokuphelele ngaphambi kokulihlobisa.

Indlelakwenza (ukhilimu wokuhlobisa)

  • Endishini encane, faka uphawuda we-Espresso kanye namanzi afudumele bese uhlanganisa ngokusebenzisa imfologo yokudla.
  • Beka eceleni kuthi ukuphola.
  • Kwenye indishi, hlanganisa ukhilimu, ushukela, uphawuda weCocoa kanye nengxube ye-Espresso. Sebenzisa umshini kagesi ukuhlanganisa, ngokubeka isivinini maphakathi nendawo, imizuzu ecishe ibe mine.
  • Hlobisa ikhekhe lakho ngokhilimu bese ufaka nezithelo.

Qaphela:

  • Leli khekhe lizobukeka njengamaBrownies (engathi limanzi maphakathi nendawo). Ungacabangi ukuthi alivuthiwe.
  • Ngenkathi lisabhakwa kuhhavini lingakhukhumala emaceleni, kungakwethusi lokhu, nokuyinto ebangwa amaqanda. Lizokwehla lapho selipholiswa.
