ISILO sibize umhlangano nemindeni enemibango nokuthiwa ixovwa nguMnyango
Intabamlilo ekade ibikezela isingadubula noma yinini. OZul’azayithole bangaphinde baqinisekise ukuthi iSILO sesibize umhlangano ophuthumayo nemizi ebangayo ngenhloso yokungenelela. Sikhuluma ngosuku lweMbizo kaZulu iSILO kasifihlanga ukuthi kukhona okungahambi kahle. Enkulumweni yaso ISILO sathi: “Kukhona imindeni yoBukhosi exovekile kubangwa ukuthi ngubani okumele abe yinhloko yalowo mndeni. Ngiyazi ukuthi futhi eminye yale mindeni isezinkantolo. Ukuzama ukuqondisa isimo ngizoyibiza yonke le mindeni maduze nje ukuze ngizizwele mina ukuthi lesi sihlava semibango sivelaphi. Ukufeza lokhu ngizocela uHulumeni ngoMnyango Wokubusa Nokubambisana Kanye Nezindaba Zomdabu ukuthi kume okwesikhashana ukubeka noma ubani esihlalweni ngisho ibamba lodwa leli size sixazulule izinkinga ezikhona” kusho Ongangezwe Lakhe.
Amagama Omdala alandela enye inkulumo ayenza kuvulwa iNdlu Ondini lapho akhala ngokudelelwa kwaMakhosi ezizwe yizisebenzi zoMnyango.
“Ngiyafisa ukuba ngikuveze ukukhathazeka kwami ngalokhu engikubona njengokudeleleka kwaMakhosi ezandleni zabanye eMnyangweni. Awukwazi ukuthi uthanda noma uhlonipha mina kepha ube udelela aMakhosi ayizinsika zeSihlalo. AMakhosi ayadinga ukuhlonishwa ngamaKhansela kanye nezisebenzi zoMnyango. Empeleni kuyadinga kube noqeqesho olunzulu lwabasebenzi ngoba abanye bayafakwa nje entweni vele abangayithandi. Ngeke usebenze eBukhosini ungabuthandi. Akungathunyelwa abantu ngoba bephendlelwa imisebenzi bese kuthiwa abazosebenza noBukhosi,” kusho iSILO ngaleso sikhathi.
Amanye aMakhosi akhulume naleli phephandaba akuqinisekisile ukuthi izinto kazihambi kahle. Akhale ngokuthi kwenzeka konke lokhu nje ngoba uMphathiswa owengamele izindaba zawo, uMaDube Ncube akawanakile. “Umhlonishwa lona simazi uma kuneSILO kuphela. Kanti aMakhosi afakazelene ekutheni isikhulu thizeni soMnyango (igama laso esinalo) yiso esisekhaleni ‘lokuxova’. “Uma kunezinkinga silethelwa isikhulu soMnyango okuthiwa sazi umthetho. Uma sekuphawule sona kuthiwa sekuphelile ngoba sithunywe nguMphathiswa. Yize sikwamukela ukuthi kukhona abantu abafunde ukusedlula kepha kuyoba kuhle nohulumeni amukele ukuthi sigogodile ezindabeni zoBukhosi ngoba sihlala nabo abantu lapha phansi,” kusho INkosi.
Esinye isikhalo ngoMphathiswa uMaDube Ncube wukuqhela kwakhe eMkhosini yesizwe nokuyinto amaKhosi ashaya amakhala kuyo. “Uma ngempela uMhlonishwa ethi usebenzisana nathi yini pho ayeye imikhosi yethu neyesizwe? Kuyikho ukuthi eMkhosini WoMhlanga sibone owezaMaciko engekho lo okuthiwa ubhekele okwethu. Nanku nje uMkhosi uyeza uzobe engekho,” kusho enye iNkosi.
Okunye okubukeka kuqhatha uMnyango nabanye ezizweni ngamaKhomishani okuthiwa yiwo axovayo nokuthi enza konke nje lokhu ukuphenya, Omdala neNdlunkulu kayithintwa. Leli phephandaba selingakuqinisekisa ukuthi uHulumeni usezinhlelweni zokwenza olunye uhlaka oluzobheka imibango yoBukhosi, emuva kokuphelelwa yisikhathi saleyo eyabe iholwa nguMnu uBasil Sikhakhane. Imindeni ikhala ngokuthi uMboma (abakwaSikhakhane) uze uyahamba nje akaze akwethule ayekwenza koMkhulu. Esikwenzayo konke sikubeka kongoti (kumaKhomishini) nokuyibo abelulekayo, thina kasingeni,” kusho uMabaso.
Odabeni lwesikhalo sokuthi imibiko le yongoti namaKhomishini kayibikwa ngisho koMdala kuba zinqumo nje ezithathwa kude le kepha ziqhathe imizi, uMabaso uthe akunjalo.
“Bayahlupha abantu abasheshe baphawule ngezinto zabantu abadala. Udaba lukaMehluleli uNgcobo kalukho ngisho kithi kepha luseHhovisi likaNdunakulu. Ngakho abantu abalinde,” kusho uMabaso.
OZul’azayithole baqinisekiswe yiNdlunkulu ukuthi udaba lukaMehluleli uNgcobo kalaziwa nokuthi umbiko kaMboma awukaze wethulwe koMdala nakwiNdlunkulu. Lokhu kuthiwa yikho okwenze ISILO sabiza umhlangano ophuthumayo nemindeni ethintekayo. Lo mhlangano uzoba ngesonto elizayo mhla ziyisi-6 kuMandulo, eSigodlweni Osuthu.
Umlando womdonsiswano
Lesi simo osekusolakala ukuthi kungekudala sizofika vele kule minyaka engaphezu kwamashumi amabili edemokhrasi uBukhosi kuzwelonke nohulumeni bekude kuzazelene.

Esifundazweni i-Eastern Cape izazelene ngodaba lokusoka , uHulumeni uthi uyangenelela ngokushaya imithetho uBukhosi buthi kahlehle ngoba okwenziwayo kuyigunundu loBukhosi.
Olomhlaba luvusa uhlevane njengoba uBukhosi kulo lonke leli bumi ndawonye ekutheni umhlaba ngowoBukhosi. KwaZulu-Natal kungekudala kulindeleke ukuthi kube nomsindo uma udaba lwezinduna lungasingathwa kahle njengoba kuvele izindaba zokuthi umbono wabameli uthi akukho okuphoqa uNdunankulu ukuba aholele izinduna.
