Ngokwase-Afrika ukuqala kokona kuwukuqala kwesono

Ukubhabhadiswa kwengane engakoni kususa siphi isono kowoHlanga

 

INKOLO yase-Afrika inombono ohlukile mayelana nokudaleka kwesono uma kuqhathaniswa nombono weNkolo yaseNtshonalanga.

Kubalulekile ukuthi sihumushe ngokuyikho konke okwaqalwa nguHermes Trismegistus ngowama-550 ngaPhambi Kwesikhathi SikaKhrestu (550 BCE).

Kungalesi sikhathi lapho kwavela khona usikompilo lwase-Afrika esilubiza ngokuthi uBuntu, kanye nesisho esidume umhlaba wonke esithi: ‘Njengoba kunjalo ezulwini, kunjalo nasemhlabeni’ (as above, so below). Kodwa thina ma-Afrika sithi ‘njengoba kunjalo lapha emhlabeni, kunjalo nasezulwini’, ngoba sikholelwa ekutheni uMvelinqangi ulapha phakathi kwethu, ukhona emvelweni esiphila kuyo lapha emhlabeni. Imvelo inguMdali, yilapho uMdali ezibonakalisa khona.

UHermes akazange asho ukuthi umuntu uzalwa enesono, kodwa umuntu uyisidalwa sikaMvelinqangi ngakho-ke  isono usidala esephila la emhlabeni, hhayi engakazalwa.  Ukuze kunqandeke ukwenza isono kwadingeka ukuba kwakhiwe inqubomgomo yobulungiswa (moral code). Le nqubomgomo ifana nomthethosisekelo wokuziphatha emhlabeni. AmaGibithe asemandulo le nqubomgomo  ayeyibiza ngokuthi yiMaat. AbeNguni ayibiza ngokuthi uBuntu. Akengenze nje isibonelo: uma ingane ifakwa uphawu lwakubo, ibikwa  emsamo emadlozini, akuze kungashiwo ukuthi ‘sicela nigeze le ngane izono’. Uma kungukuthi umuntu uzalwa enesono, yini pho kungashiwo kanjalo?

Uma ubheka kahle, uBuntu abuguquki, buqine njengetshe,  ngoba kungumthetho kaMvelinqangi. UBuntu bungumthethosisekelo owakhiwa ezulwini, wakhelwa ukuba thina esiphilayo la emhlabeni singaweqi, ngoba uma siweqa kuyobe senza isono. UBuntu ngumthethosisekelo wokuphila ngentando kaMvelinqangi la emhlabeni, kanti kanjalo nasezulwini kubusa bona uBuntu. Yingakho uHermes ethi: “UBuntu basezulwini bufana ncimishi noBuntu basemhlabeni”, njengoba kusho isisho sakhe futhi uHermes esithi: ‘OkuseZulwini, kufana nokusemhlabeni, Okusemhlabeni kufana nokusezulwini, ukuze kufezeke isimangaliso  sikaMvelinqangi.”

Akukho lapho kuthiwa u-Adam wasensimini yase-Eden wabunjwa uMvelinqangi enesono, kodwa u-Adam wenza isono esephila, esengumuntu  wasemhlabeni, ensimini yase-Eden. Ngakho-ke ongoti abaningi benkolo yesintu bayamhlaba kakhulu u-Augustine waseHippo okunguye owaqhamuka nombono wokuthi, ngoba wonke umuntu wasemhlabeni uyinzalo ka-Adam, ngakho-ke uzalwa enesono. Uzalwa kanjani umuntu enesono?

Yingakho abanye abantu baye bathi uma ungayeqi imithetho yoBuntu, akukho okusha ongakutshelwa yikholwa elihamba isonto. AmaGibithe asemandulo aye kwazisa lokhu okungangoba ayekholelwa ekutheni uma umuntu eseshonile, ngaphambi kokuba afike ezulwini, kukhona lapho ayofike ame, abhekwe ukuthi akukho yini umthetho woBuntu aweqayo esaphila emhlabeni. Okusho ukuthi, ufakwa esikalweni okuyiso esishoyo ukuthi unecala noma qha. Isithixo esasimele lokhu kukalwa kwabantu kwakungu-Osiris, okunguye owayengumehluleli.
