Ikhekhe eliphuzi nendlelakwenza yalo ekhethekile

Cishe wonke umbhaki uzokutshela ukuthi ikhekhe eliphuzi linguhlobo lwekhekhe oIukhetheke kangakanani ngenxa yobuciko obudingeka ekulenzeni. Kulula ukushintsha indlelakwenza emakhekheni amaningi, kodwa angeke ngakuncoma uma wenza lolu hlobo lwekhekhe. 

Ukungalandeli indlelakwenza yaleli khekhe kuvamise ukushintsha indlela elinambitheka ngayo kanye nokubukeka kwalo. Uma usukwazi ukwenza leli khekhe uyobe usungumbhaki wekhethelo ngempela, ngakho ngiyakugqugquzela ukuthi ulizame.

Leli khekhe libizwa ngekhekhe eliphuzi ngenxa yombala walo ophuzi nokwenza lehluke indlela elibukeka ngayo kulelo leVanilla elejwayelekile. Izithako zokulenza

  • Izinkomishi ezimbili nekota (2¼) zikaflawa wamakhekhe 
  • Amathispuni amabili (2) eBaking Powder
  • Ikota (1/4) yeBicarbonate of Soda
  • Ingxenye (1/2) yethispuni kasawoti
  • Ama-230g ebhotela elithanjisiwe
  • Inkomishi eyodwa namakota amathathu (1¾) kashukela omhlophe
  • Amaqanda amakhulu amabili (2) kanye nezikhupha (ingxenye ephuzi yeqanda) zamaqanda amabili (2), angaphumi efrijini. Phahlaza amaqanda, uzibeke ngokuhlukana izikhupha ezine, bese nengxenye emhlophe ibe yodwa (kubalulekile kakhulu lokhu). 
  • Amathispuni amabili (2) eVanilla Essence
  • Inkomishi eyodwa (1) yeButtermilk
  • I-1/8 wethispuni yeCream of Tartar

IButtercream kashokoledi 

  • Ama-290g webhotela elithanjisiwe
  • Izinkomishi ezithathu nengxenye (3½) zikashukela osampuphu
  • Ama-65g eCocoa Powder engenawo ushukela
  • Izipuni zokudla ezine (4) zikakhilimu (noma ubisi uma ungenawo ukhilimu), ongaphumi efrijini
  • Ikota (1/4) yethispuni likasawoti
  • Ithispuni elilodwa (1) leVanilla Essence
  • Okokuhlobisa phezulu

Indlelakwenza

Ikhekhe

  • Shisisa uhhavini ngokuwubeka ku-177°C bese ulungisa amapani okubhaka ayizindilinga amabili ngokuwafafaza ngeNon-Stick Spray noma ufake iphepha lokubhaka.
  • Endishini enkulu, sefa uflawa, ufake iBaking Powder, iBicarbonate of Soda kanye nosawoti. Hlanganisa ngewhisk ngokuphelele.
  • Kwenye indishi, faka ushukela nebhotela bese uhlanganisa ngomshini kagesi ngesivinini esiphezulu imizuzu ecishe ibe mithathu.
  • Yehlisa isivinini somshini sibe maphakathi nendawo, bese ufaka zozine izikhupha zamaqanda, ngasinye (kubalulekile lokhu, ungazifaki zonke kanye kanye). Qinisekisa ukuthi isikhupha ngasinye sishayeka ngokuphelele ngaphambi kokufaka esinye. Ungalokothi ufake ingxenye emhlophe yeqanda okwamanje
  • Qulela iVanilla Essence uqhubeke uhlanganise ngomshini. Beka eceleni.
  • Kwenye indishi, faka ingxenye yezithako ezomile uzihlanganise nengxenye yeButtermilk, bese uhlanganisa ngomshini ngesivinini esiphansi, kuhlangane ngokuphelele. 
  • Qulela le ngxenye esele yezithako ezomile kanye neButtermilk esele, uqhubeke uhlanganise ngomshini.
  • Uzoqaphela ukuthi inhlama yakho yomile. Kungakukhathazi lokhu.
  • Ungadinga ukusebenzisa ukhezo olukhulu ukuqhubeka uhlanganise inhlama yakho, ukuqinisekisa ukuthi azikho izigaxa ezigqibeke ngaphansi. 
  • Khumbula ukuthi awukayisebenzisi ingxenye emhlophe yamaqanda. 
  • Endishini encane, faka ingxenye emhlophe yamaqanda uyihlanganise neCream of Tartar ngomshini kagesi, ngesivinini esiphezulu. Hlanganisa imizuzu ecishe ibe mithathu, ingxube ize ibukeke njengengwebu (isithombe esingenhla sikhombisa ukuthi kufanele ibukeke kanjani).
  • Faka le ngwebu enhlameni yakho, bese uhlanganisa ngokhezo. Qikelela ukuthi ungahlanganisi ngokweqile.
  • Faka inhlama yakho emapanini aselungiselwe ukubhaka.
  • Faka amapani akho kuhhavini ubhake imizuzu ephakathi kwengamashumi amabili nesikhombisa (27) nengamashumi amathathu (30). 
  • Ukuhlola ukuthi ikhekhe lakho selivuthiwe, shutheka uthi lokuvungula phakathi nendawo yekhekhe. Uma luphuma luhlanzekile, kuyobe kusho ukuthi selivuthiwe. 
  • Khipha ikhekhe kuhhavini, ulibeke ngaphandle ukuze liphole.
  • Kufanele liphole ngokuphelele ikhekhe ngaphambi kokuthi lifakwe iFrosting.

Ukuhlanganisa ikhekhe

  • Ngokusebenzisa ummese wesinkwa, sika ingaphezulu la makhekhe womabili (bheka isithombe esingenhla).
  • Beka ikhekhe elilodwa phezu kweStand sekhekhe. 
  • Ninda iFrosting phezulu, uqiniseke ukuthi iyaligqiba lonke ingaphezulu lekhekhe.
  • Beka elinye ikhekhe phezulu (le ngxenye esikiwe kube yiyona ehlangana neFrosting), bese weleka ngeFrosting encane phezulu (qiniseka ukuthi iyasala eningi i-frosting)
  • Faka ikhekhe lakho efrijini (imizuzu eyishumi nanhlanu) ukuze iFrosting yakho inamathele kahle ekhekheni.
  • Khipha ikhekhe efrijini bese unameka iFrosting esele phezulu, kanjalo nasemacaleni ekhekhe lakho.
  • Vuvuzela noma ubeke lokho ozohlobisa ikhekhe lakho ngakho phezulu.

Amasu

  • Ukuze lisikeke ngobunono ikhekhe lakho uma selidliwa, libeke efrijini imizuzu engamashumi amathathu, bese ulikhipha kusasele cishe eminye engamashumi amathathu ngaphambi kokuthi lidliwe.
  • Uma zifakwe esitsheni esivaleka ngci, izinsalela zaleli khekhe zingahlala usuku olulodwa ngaphandle kanti efrijini zingahlala izinsuku ezinhlanu.
  • Ngenxa yokuthi lineFrosting lelikhekhe, angeke ukwazi ukuligcina kufriza ngakho kuzofanele lidliwe liphele.
