ONgangezwe Lakhe nomlayezo ngabanofuzo

KULELI sonto ISILO siphinde saphawula ngosizi olubhekene nabantu abanofuzo eNingizimu Afrika kanye nase-Afrika. Lo mlayezo weSILO ulandela inkulumo yaso esiyenze Ondini ngoNdasa nonyaka ngesikhathi sethula ngokusemthethweni umkhankaso wokulwisana nokucwaswa kwalabo abanofuzo. Kulo mlayezo waleli sonto nobuqondene nosuku i-International Albinism Awareness Day iSILO sithe umkhankaso wokuqwashisa nokulwa nokucwaswa kwabanofuzo akuwona owontandakubukwa kepha ngumkhankaso walabo abalihloniphayo ilungelo lomuntu nabayihloniphayo imvelo kanjalo nentando kaNkulunkulu.

“Izingane zofuzo njengawo wonke umuntu eNingizimu Afrika nase-Afrika zinelungelo lokuphila nokuvikeleka. Lapha kwelakithi uMthethosisekelo wezwe wezi-1996 ulihawu kanti kanjalo ne-African Charter on Human and People’s Rights ngaphansi kwe-African Union iqinisekisa lokhu kuvikeleka. Kanti ngaphezu kwakho konke izingane zofuzo njengabanye bethu zivikelekile kwisikompilo lethu eliqinisekisa ukuthi wonke amalungu omndeni kumele avikeleke. Zingulube nezinja ezichoboza izingane zazo, hhayi thina bantu, hhayi thina Zulu nama-Afrika.”

“Namuhla ngifisa ukukhumbuza umhlaba ukuthi njengoba sihlale sibungaza inkululeko nje, phakathi kwethu kukhona abangakayitholi leyo nkululeko. Izingane zofuzo nanamuhla lapho i-Afrika seyakhululeka khona zona ziyaqhubeka nokubhaca, ukuzenyeza nokucokofulwa. Lokhu wubuhlungu obufanayo nalobo ama-Afrika jikelele ake abhekana nabo ngesikhathi ezingeliswa okwezinyamazane lapho aphethwa ngokwenziwa izigqila. Wubuhlungu obufanayo nalobo obenziwa yimibuso yamaKoloni kanye nowobandlululo. Njengoba sasibumbene ekulwisaneni nalezo zimi kanye nemibuso, kuhle ukuba nakulokhu sibe yimbumba lapho sivikela abanye bethu okuyizingane zofuzo,” kusho Ongangezwe Lakhe.

Khona lapho sibe sesibhekisa ezinhlakeni zoBukhosi nezikaHulumeni nesithe azivikele abanofuzo. “NjengoBukhosi kungumsebenzi wethu ukuba sivikele amalungu omphakathi. Kanjalo noHulumeni unesibopho sokwenza kanjalo. Kepha konke lokhu akudingi ukwazi umthetho ukuze kwenze umqondo. Akudingi ukuze uye esikoleni noma ukhalinywe ngomthetho ukuze wazi ukuthi akuphusile ukuthi ubulale noma uhlukumeze omunye umuntu ngoba nje ehlukile kunawe. Ingani nawe wehlukile kunami, njengoba nami ngehlukile kuwe. Konke lokhu kwehluka kwethu kuyimvelo okumele sikwamukele futhi sikuthokozele.”

ISILO sithe kuyamangaza ukuthi abantu ababekhala bethi “babizwa ngamagama acwasayo afana nelithi ‘iKhafula’ noma ‘amakwerekwere’ nabakhala bahayize uma kukhona umuntu othi bayizinkawu noma izimfene bona bayakwazi ukwamukela ukuthi kubizwe abanye abantu ‘ngezishawa noma izinkawu’.

ISILO sithe: “EZimbabwe basebenzisa igama elithi sope okusho ukuthi ngabantu abasuke bengenwe yimimoya emibi abantu abanofuzo. Kanti eTanzania khona babizwa ngelithi nguruwe elisho ingulube noma elithi zeru elisho isipoki. Wonke la magama abuhlungu futhi ayinhlamba yikho nje ngathi kumuntu nje ongumZulu kumele awagweme asebenzise elofuzo,” kuphetha Ongangezwe Lakhe.

ISILO siphethe ngokukhipha isimemo esivulekile kubo bonke abanofuzo kanye nezinhlangano zabo ukuba babe yingxenye yemikhosi kaZulu. “Njengoba sonke namuhla sithokozela ukuba khona kwabanofuzo phakathi kwethu, ngiyafisa ukuba ngokukhethekile ngikhiphe isimemo esivulelekile kini nonke lapha nakwabanye abangekho nathi namuhla. Nonke ngiyafisa nibe yingxenye yemikhosi yethu lapha eSigodlweni saseNyonkeni kusuka nje ngoMkhosi woMhlanga ozayo. Ngiyazi bakhona abake bafike kepha kulokhu ngifisa nitheleke ngobuningi benu ngoba nani lapha eSigodlweni kukwenu futhi namukelekile.”

Ngifisa ukuniqinisekisa uthando lwami njengezingane zami kanye namalungu aphelele kaZulu nama-Afrika. NjengoBukhosi siyoqhubeka nokunivikela, hhayi ngoba umthetho usho njalo kepha ngoba nesiko lethu lisho njalo,” kuphetha Ongangezwe Lakhe.
